Sacheta Metals has informed that Reg. 57(5) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable to the Company since the Company does not have issued any non-convertible securities as on date and as such the requirement of issue of the certificate confirming the payment of interest / dividend/ principal obligations for non-convertible securities and the details of all unpaid interest /dividend/ principal obligations in relation to non-convertible securities at the end of the quarter ended June 30, 2023 is not applicable.
