Bayer CropScience has informed that the 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2023, at 3:00 pm IST via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with General circular(s) issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India. The Final Dividend of Rs 30 per equity share as recommended by the Board of Directors for the Financial Year 2022-23 will be declared at the aforesaid Annual General Meeting subject to the approval of the shareholders. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has informed that the effective date of payment of the Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23 will be on or after Wednesday, August 30, 2023.
