In terms of the Company's Code to Regulate, Monitor & Report Insider Trading & SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015, Shahi Shipping has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for Trading in Company's Securities (Equity Shares) will remain closed for the designated person and specified connected person of the Company with effect from Saturday, 01st July, 2023. The trading window will be open after 48 hours of the conclusion of the Board Meeting in which the financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023 shall be approved. The date of the Board meeting shall be intimated separately.
