Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Spencers Retail has informed that the Sixth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 4, 2023 at 3.00 PM (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India. The Register of Members of the Company will remain closed from Friday, July 28, 2023 to Friday, August 4, 2023 for the purpose of the AGM as mentioned above. Copies of the AGM Notice and the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2022-23 will be sent to Stock Exchanges and to the Members through electronic mode and will also be available on the Company's website www.spencersretail.com in due course.
