Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Nivaka Fashions has informed that, Ashish Kumar Vijay, Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 07th July, 2023 due to personal reasons. Further, it has informed that by virtue of his resignation as Company Secretary, he also ceases to be the Key Managerial Person (KMP) and Compliance Officer of the Company.
