Arman Financial Services has received an approval for the issuance of Senior, secured, rated, listed, transferable, taxable, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) for an amount not exceeding Rs 49 crore on a private placement basis. The Finance & Investment Committee of the Company has at its meeting held on July 08, 2023 inter-alia, considered and approved the same.
