Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (‘Listing Regulations’), and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 (‘September 9 Circular’), Jaykay Enterprises has informed that the Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary JK Defence & Aerospace (‘JK Defence’) has acquired the 76.41% equity stake in Allen Reinforced Plastics (Allen). Accordingly, Allen Reinforced Plastics has become a subsidiary of JK Defence and a step-down subsidiary of the Company with effect from July 09, 2023.
