Info Edge’s (India) wholly-owned subsidiary -- Allcheckdeals India (ACD) has agreed to invest an amount of Rs 10 lakh in its wholly-owned subsidiary-Interactive Visual Solutions (IVSPL), step down wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The said investment is being done to meet certain corporate expenses of IVSPL.
