In continuation of outcome of Board Meeting announced on May 29, 2023 regarding setting up of scaffolding units for manufacturing of Aluminum Formwork, Infra Steel Formwork and Aluminum Extrusion through Whollyowned subsidiary companies (WOS), Technocraft Industries (India) has informed that it has purchased about 18.96 Hectors (equivalent to 1,89,600 Sq. Mtrs.) of nonagricultural land at Aurangabad, Maharashtra for the said projects, in the name of WOS, Technocraft Formworks.
