Rajath Finance has informed regarding intimation of the date of Board Meeting of the Company which was scheduled to be held on Tuesday 11th July, 2023, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2023. However, due to unavoidable Business Meeting of some Director’s, prior to the scheduled Board Meeting, Tuesday 11th July, 2023 stand cancelled and will intimate fresh Date of Board meeting in the due course. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct, the Trading Window closure period will end 48 hours after the results of the company are made public.
