Tera Software has received an approval for enter into a Joint Venture Agreement with Sitra Infotech and form a Private Limited Company in the ordinary course of business and to participate in e-tender invited by ONGC for award of contract for Survey, Engineering, Supply, Installation & Commissioning of CCTV System. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on July 12, 2023 has approved the same.
