Physical Rubber prices extended weakness on Thursday on account of weak industrial demand. Meanwhile, data showing that natural rubber production registered a growth of 8.3% and its consumption increased 9% in the 2022-23 fiscal compared with the previous fiscal.
Spot prices for RSS-4 variety fell to Rs 153/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 154/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety declined to Rs 150/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 150.50/ kg.
