Usha Martin has informed that the 37th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of Usha Martin (the Company) will be held through video conferencing/ other audio-visual means (VC/OAVM) on Thursday, 10th August 2023 at 11:30 AM (IST). Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) and Regulation 30(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it enclosed the copy of Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of the AGM for the Financial Year 2022-23 which is being sent through electronic mode to the members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/ Registrar and Transfer Agent/ Depository Participants. The copy of Annual Report 2022-23 along with the Notice of AGM is also available on Company's website www.ushamartin.com. Further, the Dividend on equity shares as recommended by the Board of Directors for the Financial Year 2022-23, if approved at the AGM, will be payable to those Members of the Company who hold shares as on the Record Date, 3rd August 2023 on or after Thursday, 17th August 2023.
