Pursuant to regulation 29(1) & (2) and 50(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, Indian Oil Corporation has informed that a Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled on Friday, 28th July 2023, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023. Further to earlier letter dated 27th June 2023 with regard to closure of Trading Window, it has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed till 30th July 2023 for all 'Insiders' as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company.
