Disclosure of information pursuant to Regulation 30 is attached as Annexure A. Further, Jaganmohan Venkata Bukkaraju and Kalyan Chakravarthy Medikundam have also confirmed that there are no material reasons for their Resignations other than specified in the Resignation Letter enclosed.
