Gujarat Fluorochemicals’ wholly-owned subsidiary -- Gujarat Fluorochemicals FZE has commenced its commercial operations at Dubai on July 17, 2023. Earlier, on December 28, 2021, the company had incorporated wholly owned Subsidiary -- Gujarat Fluorochemicals FZE for business development.
Meanwhile, the company had received Rs 623 crore from Inox Wind (IWL) against advances that the company had given to IWL for setting up the wind power capacity.
Gujarat Fluorochemicals is engaged in manufacturing and trading of refrigerant gases, caustic soda, chloromethane, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), fluoropolymers, fluoromonomers, specialty fluorointermediates, specialty chemicals and allied activities.
