Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Insider Trading framed by the Company under the Insider Trading Regulations, 'Trading Window’ (period to deal in the Company's shares) shall remain closed from Saturday, 1 July 2023 for all Designated Employees of the Company and will open 48 hours after the aforesaid financial results are declared to the stock exchange.
