Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, Dhanashree Electronics has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday 14 day of August 2023 at 4 pm at the Registered Office of the Company situated at Salt Lake Electronics Complex Block- EP & GP Plot No-XI16 Sector-V, Kolkata-700091 to consider and approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023. In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and Code of Conduct of the Insider Trading of the Company the Trading Window shall remain close from 30th June 2023 and shall open after the expiry of 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting or publication of the results in the newspaper whichever is earlier.
