Genus Power Infrastructures has incorporated a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary (WOS), namely ‘Genus Chhattisgarh PKG-1 SPV’ on July 19, 2023 for execution of Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Provider (AMISP) Contract.

Olectra Greentech has awarded a contract for construction of the greenfield electric vehicle manufacturing facility on 150 Acres of the land situated at Seetharampur, Hyderabad, Telangana (Greenfield EV Manufacturing Facility or Project) to Megha Engineering & Infrastructures (MEIL) which is the ultimate holding company and a related party to Olectra Greentech.

DLF has awarded Rs 369 crore contract to construction firm B L Kashyap in its luxury housing project at Gurugram, Haryana. The nature of contract is civil structure and waterproofing works for 'DLF The Arbour' housing project in Sector 63, Gurugram. The contract is to be executed within the next 33 months.

The United States Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) has completed a Pre-Approval Inspection (PAI) and a routine GMP inspection at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories’ API manufacturing facility in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, India (CTO-6). The inspection was conducted from July 10, 2023 to 19th July, 2023. The inspection closed with zero observations and a classification of No Action Indicated (NAI).

PNC Infratech has announced the signing of concession agreements between National Highways Authority of India and the Special Purpose Vehicles incorporated by the Company for implementation of the following three Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) Highway Projects for an aggregate Bid Project Cost of Rs. 3264.43 crore, on July 19, 2023.
