Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, KJMC Corporate Advisors (India) has informed that the outcome of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at Shorter Notice as Considered and approved to extend Corporate Guarantee to HDFC Bank for the Bank Guarantee (‘Credit facility’) extended by HDFC Bank in favour of KJMC Capital Market Services, Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Company from INR 04.00 Crores to INR 10.00 Crores, thereby leading to enhancement of the said Credit Facility. The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 3.00 pm and concluded at 04.15 pm.
