Kakatiya Cement Sugar & Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 4th August, 2023 at 9.30 am at the Registered Office of the Company to consider, the unaudited financial results (Provisional) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023, approval of Directors’ Report, convening of 44th Annual General Meeting, taking note of resignation of K. Venkat Rao, Independent Director and fixation of Record Date/Book Closure etc. The Closure of Trading Window which has commenced from 30th June, 2023 will be in force until 48 hours of announcement of Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023. Now the meeting for consideration of Unaudited Financial Results is scheduled to be held on 4th August, 2023.
