In continuation to its letter dated 20th July, 2023 whereby the Company has intimated the details of the interim order given by the Hon’ble Delhi High Court in respect of the Trademark – Carlton, V.I.P. Industries has clarified that the Company has given the said disclosure in view of the circular issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India dated 13th July, 2023, whereby SEBI has amended the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Company has already filed an appeal against the said interim order and is expecting to get relief from the Appellate Court shortly. Further, the Company does not anticipate any financial implications on the operation of the Company.
