Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Resonance Specialties has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2023 of the Financial year 2023-24. Further, with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, it has already informed through its letter dated June 29, 2023 that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed with effect from close of business hours on June 30, 2023 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Company's unaudited financial results for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2023 till August 10, 2023.
