Yash Trading & Finance has informed that pursuant to Regulations 15(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the provisions of corporate Governance is not applicable on the Company as the paid up equity share capital and net worth of the Company is below the threshold limit as on the last day of previous financial year as provided in the said regulation. Therefore, being having exemption under above Regulation 15(2), the Company is also not required to submit the disclosure of related party transaction for the half year and year ended on 31st March, 2023 as required under regulation 23(9) of S BI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
