Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(e) of Listing Regulations, the company also informed that, at the aforesaid Board Meeting, the Board of Directors will also consider proposal for: declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending 31st March 2024; and fixation of Friday, 4th August 2023 as the Record Date for the payment of interim dividend, if declared.
