The meeting of the Board commenced at 02:45 pm and financial results have been approved by the Board at 03.30 pm. The meeting has not been concluded yet therefore the outcome of the meeting in accordance with the provision of SEBI LODR Regulations shall be disclosed separately to the exchanges as and when the meeting is concluded.
