Sanofi India has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 10th August 2023 to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th June 2023. Further, in reference to letter dated 22nd June 2023 and as per the ‘Sanofi India- Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons', the trading window for the purpose of publication of financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th June 2023 shall remain closed from Saturday, 1st July 2023 to Saturday, 12th August 2023.
