M M Forgings has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, 12 August 2023, to Consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June 2023 and any other matter as may be specified in the agenda. This is for the information of all ‘specified persons’ that Trading Window is closed from 30 June 2023 to 14 August 2023 for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 June 2023, for the Board Meeting to be convened on 12 August 2023. Thus ‘specified persons’ are prohibited from trading in the Company’s equity shares during the said period. The intimation has already been made by the Company on 27 June 2023.
