In terms of Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Spare Electrex has informed that the Company has on 27th July, 2023, received an intimation from the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company-Universal Capital Securities regarding loss of share certificates. The relevant information is given in Annexure I attached. The RTA has already stopped transfer for the above-mentioned shares.
