Den Networks will issue securities, constituting up to 26% held on of the Company’s paid-up share capital, in accordance with applicable laws, including the provisions of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, is amended. The board of directors at its meeting held on March 28, 2013 have considered and approved the same subject to approval of the shareholders.
Further, the board has also considered and approved ratification of increase in FIIs limits to such extent as may be permissible under Indian Laws.
