Syngene International has submitted the results of voting concluded at the 30th Annual General Meeting of the company held on July 26, 2023, on all the resolutions set forth in the AGM Notice dated April 26, 2023. It has informed that resolution nos. 1 to 3 have been approved with the requisite majority by the shareholders of the Company.
