Shyam Metalics and Energy has informed that Statutory Auditor of Shyam Sel and Power (Material Subsidiary), S K Agrawal & Co Chartered Accountants LLP, (FRN No. 306033E/E300272) have tendered their resignation from the position of the Statutory Auditor of the Company which would come into effect from closing of business hours of the Board meeting of the Material subsidiary held on July 27, 2023 , post submission of Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2023 (period) and after furnishing all requisite certifications and other documents for the aforesaid period.
