In terms of the applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations, Gujarat Poly Electronics has informed that the Company had received request letter along with requisite documents from shareholders, Mohan Mooljee Sicka Jt: Bimal Mohan Sicka (Folio No: 00035879) for issue of duplicate share certificate. In this regard, the Company has issued duplicate share certificate to shareholder on 28.07.2023. Further, pursuant to SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company - Link Intime India shall issue a Letter of Confirmation to the above shareholder, in lieu of the share certificate.
