Sagar Cements has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 27th July, 2023, has considered and approved the request received by the Company for re-classification of the ‘Promoter’ category to the ‘Public’ category of Panchavati Polyfibres and P.V.Narasimha Reddy, in accordance with Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations, subject to approval from Stock Exchanges where the equity shares of the Company are listed namely, BSE and National Stock Exchange of India. In compliance with Regulation 31A (8)(b), it enclosed a copy of the resolution passed by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 27th July, 2023.
