Nazara Technologies has informed that the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on July 28, 2023, approved the grant of 1,41,593 (One Lakh Forty-One Thousand Five Hundred and Ninety Three) employee stock options under the ‘Nazara Technologies Employee Stock Option Scheme 2023’ (ESOP 2023) to the eligible employee of the Company. The disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read along with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure A.
