Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘the Regulations’), Milkfood has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 10th August, 2023, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023. Further to letter dated 30th June, 2023 it has informed that in terms of Code for prevention of Insider Trading read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended thereto, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in shares of the Company would remain closed for all the designated persons until 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results to the public.
