Caplin Point Laboratories’ subsidiary company -- Caplin Steriles has received approval for incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in the US. The proposed step-down subsidiary shall be the front end entity for Caplin Steriles in the US for direct sales, marketing and distribution of the products manufactured by Caplin Steriles. The Incorporation is expected to be completed within the next four weeks. The Board of Directors of Caplin Steriles, at its meeting held on August 02, 2023, has approved the same.
Caplin Point Laboratories is engaged mainly in manufacturing a wide range of Ointments, Creams and other External application preparations in addition to the regular segments of pharmaceutical formulations.
