In continuation to letter dated August 02, 2023 wherein it had submitted the outcome of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting ('EGM') of the Company held on the same day, Niyogin Fintech has informed that all the resolutions have been passed by the Members with requisite majority. Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the Listing Regulations, it has enclosed the combined voting results of remote e-voting and e-voting, in relation to the business transacted at the EGM along with the consolidated report of the Scrutinizer. The said results along with the consolidated report of the Scrutinizer are also being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.niyogin.com.
