Further, vide its letter dated June 30, 2023, the company had intimated that the trading window will remain closed from July 01, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2023. The company has informed that the trading window shall remain closed until August 13, 2023, being 48 hours from the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, as mentioned above. The trading window shall open on August 14, 2023.
