Physical Rubber extended weakness on Friday amidst sluggish demand from industrial users following reports of rise in natural rubber production. Data showed natural rubber production registered a growth of 8.3% during the previous fiscal.
Spot prices for RSS-4 variety fell to Rs 150.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 151/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety declined to Rs 147.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 148.50/ kg.
