Basf India has informed that the Seventy Ninth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of BASF India was held on Friday, 4th August, 2023 at 3.00 pm through Video Conferencing/ Other AudioVisual Means, where all the resolutions as set out in the Notice convening the said AGM have been transacted and passed with requisite majority by the members. In compliance with the requirements of the Regulations 30 and 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, they are furnishing the consolidated results of remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM pertaining to the aforesaid AGM in the format prescribed along with the consolidated report dated 4th August, 2023 submitted by the Scrutinizer. The said documents are also being uploaded on the website of the Company, www.basf.com/in and on the website of National Securities Depository, www.evoting.nsdl.com.
