Further, with reference to Company’s intimation dated June 29, 2023 for closure of Trading Window remaining closed from July 1, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the Q1 ended June 30, 2023. Accordingly, the trading window shall remain close until August 16, 2023.
