With reference to clause 12 of Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, Saurashtra Cement has informed that the Government of Gujarat, Industries and Mines department has granted its approval for transfer of mining lease of Bharat Chemicals Industries situated at Village Bhetali, Veraval, Dist: Gir Somnath for 51.92.15 hectares with respect to the limestone mines in favour of the company vide its order dated 2nd August 2023 (received by this office today). The other relevant information under Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure 1.
