Onward Technologies has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, through resolution passed by way of circulation on August 08, 2023, has issued and allotted 4,500 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each under Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 (‘ESOP 2009’) and 25,000 Equity Shares of Rs 20 (Face value of Rs 10 each and Premium of Rs 10 each) under Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2019 (‘ESOP 2019’), to the eligible employees of the Company, who have exercised the options vested under ESOP 2009 and ESOP 2019. In terms of Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014 (SEBI SBEB Regulations), the details of shares allotted as above are given in Annexure I to this intimation.
