Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, it has enclosed the following: Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 and Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors on the above Results. b) The Board has approved the re-appointment of Nita J Desai as Internal Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2023-2024 on such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed between the internal auditor and the board of directors. Pursuant to SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015, profile of Nita J Desai is enclosed as Annexure-A. The meeting of the Board commenced at 10.30 am and concluded at 03.45 pm.
