NBCC (India) has awarded the work of Redevelopment of Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi- SH: C/o Type V Qtrs (1048 Nos.), Community Hall-6 and allied works on EPC basis including Operation & Maintenance for 5 years (Pkg IV-B) to M/s Varindera Constructions, Gurugram, for a total contract value of Rs 955.82 crore inclusive of O&M, other taxes, duties, cess and Statutory levies.
