Kabra & Co., Cost Accountants as the Cost Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2023-24 and Appointment of Ratan Lal Nangalia as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director of the Company with effect from 10th August, 2023. Disclosures required pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule Ill of SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09th September, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure A.
