Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals has informed that pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Company/ RTA had on 9th, 10th & 11th August, 2023 received requests from the Shareholder/s regarding loss of their Share Certificates. In response to their requests, Company/ RTA had informed them the necessary procedure. As required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMP/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, the RTA shall issue 'Letter of Confirmation' to the shareholders after compliance of required formalities. It also enclosed the Statement displaying the details of the requests received.
