Further, in compliance with regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has enclosed the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023 & Limited Review Report issued by Statutory Auditors. The Board meeting commenced at 3:30 pm and concluded at 3:55 pm.
