HCL Technologies (HCL), a leading global IT services provider has won the prestigious ICSI National Award for Excellence in Corporate Governance, for the year 2012. The company received the award at a function held in New Delhi on April 05, 2013 and the function was attended by dignitaries from various disciplines.
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) stated that the award has been conferred on HCL Technologies for its proactive and contributive capabilities, internal excellence, innovation and value creation for the stakeholders, fundamental qualities of governance ethos, vision and sustainability. Last year the company was awarded the coveted Certificate of Recognition by ICSI, for Excellence in Corporate Governance.
